Goolge Dashboard Launched Today

google-dashboardToday Google announced Google Dashboard “a simple view into the data associated with your account”.

Google states:
In an effort to provide you with greater transparency and control over their own data, we’ve built the Google Dashboard. Designed to be simple and useful, the Dashboard summarizes data for each product that you use (when signed in to your account) and provides you direct links to control your personal settings. Today, the Dashboard covers more than 20 products and services, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Web History, Orkut, YouTube, Picasa, Talk, Reader, Alerts, Latitude and many more.

I tried out my Google Dashboard and it is definitely cool and I love the privacy aspect. Finally, a way of checking on my various Google components from one location! Check out your dashboard today and let us know how you like it.

Nancy Raskauskas,Founder, Owner and Developer of the Cosmic Networks, is also the Middle and Upper School Computer Teacher at Worcester Preparatory School on the eastern Shore of Maryland. Nancy is a very creative teacher and a telented Graphic Artist. With a background in language arts and art, along with her talent for technology, Mrs. Raskauskas inspires students to move forward in computer skills. The winner of many state and national awards for her work with technology and children, Mrs. Raskauskas was named the Maryland Technology Teacher of the Year and has received national awards from the Computer Learning Foundation. Her writing appears in a number of web sites and publications.
